In real-time during the meeting, ProgramAdmin staff can use the Decision Management menu to record recommendation or decision status, and capture comments to be used for internal record-keeping and/or to be included in feedback reports to an applicant at the conclusion of the decision process.
Using this approach, the record of decisions and comments is complete as of the conclusion of the meeting. Appropriate reports can then be generated to facilitate the final steps of securing final approvals of Selection Committee recommendations.
