4.5 Other policies

• As a 3rd party provider of out-sourced or hosted online decision support and performance / value measurement and reporting solutions, futureInnovate / BAI offers assurances relating to quality of service, and privacy and security of client data, but is not normally subject to policies and requirements that apply to internal government websites
• futureInnovate / BAI services support multiple clients and are structured to enable each client to provide customized content to users. A large number of features and standard reports can be configured on a client-specific basis.  Client requests for new customized features that require programming are supported whenever possible, subject to budgetary, lead time and technical constraints, and the need to maintain quality of service and backwards-compatibility for other futureInnovate / BAI clients
