OFA Veteran Baseline Survey Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n

In pursuit of its mandate to enhance veteran fencing in Ontario, the OFA Veteran Committee is undertaking an initial baseline survey of existing and prospective veteran fencers to identify opportunities for improvement and to set priorities for the 2015-2016 and subsequent fencing seasons.<\/p>\n

We greatly appreciate your taking 10-15 minutes to complete the survey. Please complete the survey as soon as possible. \u00a0We will be compiling an interim report to the OFA based on results as of August 31, but are holding the survey open until mid-September after which time we will prepare a comprehensive report.<\/p>\n

Please be assured that your individual survey responses will be maintained in complete confidence by futureInnovate, which is supporting the survey on a pro bono basis. Only aggregate data that does not disclose the identity of individual respondents will be made available to the Veterans Committee and OFA.<\/p>\n

Based on the response data and other research, the OFA Veterans Committee intends to make comprehensive recommendations to the OFA Board and colleague committees in early September. We also anticipate that we will seek further feedback from veterans as the year progresses, to enable us to measure progress, see what is working and what still needs improvement, and continue to benefit from the input of colleagues.<\/p>\n

Browser: <\/strong>For optimum performance, use a reasonably up-to-date standards-compliant web-browser. Javascript and cookies must be turned on. Best viewed with screen resolution of at least 1024×768.<\/p>\n

Navigation:<\/strong> Use the “Next”, “Previous” and other navigation buttons at the bottom of each page rather than the back or forward buttons on your web browser.<\/p>\n

Timeouts: <\/strong>As a security measure, your session will timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity from the time you last clicked a “Next” button. If your session times out, you will need to logout and login again. In addition to inactivity, timeouts can also be caused by an interruption in network connectivity. You should save your data regularly by clicking “Next”.\u00a0While your data is saved incrementally each time you click “Next”, there is no automatic save feature on timeout.<\/p>\n
