An applicant will first need to register as a User by clicking on the link provided in the instructions.\u00a0 This will open up a page similar to that below.\u00a0 The choices made on this page, which are explained in the instructions, differ based on whether the applicant \/ supplier has previously registered on the BAI system or is a new user.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/docs.futureinnovate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/8_3_registration.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-340 aligncenter\" title=\"Applicant Registration\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.futureinnovate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/8_3_registration.png\" alt=\"Applicant Registration\" width=\"521\" height=\"356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/docs.futureinnovate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/8_3_registration.png 651w, https:\/\/docs.futureinnovate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/8_3_registration-300x205.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 521px) 100vw, 521px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The subsequent steps in the User registration process include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing additional user details if required, and selecting or providing a password<\/li>\n<li>Agreeing to the terms and conditions for use of the online service.\u00a0 Optionally, a client may provide terms and conditions for the Program that the applicant must agree to on registration<\/li>\n<li>Optionally, the client may provide Eligibility Criteria which an applicant must respond to correctly in order to register<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following User registration, an applicant is normally required to provide some initial information about the application to complete the registration process (Proposal Registration)<\/p>\n<p>An Applicant \/ Supplier who is already registered as a User for this Service may proceed directly to Proposal registration if they intend to submit more than one.<\/p>\n<p>When a user registers a Proposal, the platform creates an &#8220;entity&#8221; object related to that user application, and assigns to that entity an &#8220;entityId\u201d (unique in the database), and an &#8220;entityProgramId&#8221; (unique for the program to which the user is applying).\u00a0 The &#8220;entityProgramId&#8221; is numeric but can be customized to include other identifying information related to the program.\u00a0 All user data, reviewer data related to the user application, and all decision and other admin data is linked to the entityId and\/or entityProgramId.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\" http:\/\/docs.futureinnovate.net\/?page_id=347\" target=\"_self\">Next<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration normally has two steps:\u00a0 User Registration, and Proposal Registration.
